DEVELOPER
Setting Up of the Management Company
A small developer reliant upon the costly expertise of their solicitors turned to Regalty to provide them with a solution to the setup of the management company, reducing their administrative burden and legal costs.
Poor Apartment Sales
A developer who was failing to sell apartments who had not researched properly the local markets had a full sales review and included marketing brochure material from Regalty to increase sales, using our freephone lines to assist in the marketing aspects of the development. The project which was stagnant for 6 months was sold off in little over 2 months.
Out of Hours Service/Snagging
Utilising our 24 hours facilities during construction, a medium sized developer handed the project early to Regalty who provided the snagging facilities to the apartments to ensure that service to the developer’s purchasers were to a high standard, properly accounted for and ensured the developer was free to focus on other projects.
Purchaser Litigation & Mediation
Several members collectively pursued a developer for misrepresentation over the sales media and final quality of the building. Regalty were involved in the mediation process that ultimately led to a successful resolution without the need for involving the legal system, saving costs to all concerned.
Dispute Resolution Service
A developer who was concerned about the procedures followed by NHBC and Zurich policies needed a customer focus end to provide fair assessment of snagging of apartments as they were sold. Regalty provided them with a cost effective solution that meant the developer did not spend time in costly disputes with individuals who were taking up sales time
Environmental Dispute
A developer and management company had a major dispute with the Environment Agency over the installation of septic tank and the compliance issues associated with it. Involving Peak Associates and Regalty Estates, both combining a working strategy with the Environment Agency, the matter was resolved without the need to defend a costly legal battle with the EA.
